The most recognized tests that prove Spanish competence and locate students' level are the DELE and SIELE exams.

Students can split the coverage of these hours in as many courses they wish and the school, teacher, method and pace that works best for them.
Goals

The first goal of this A1 course is to provide the students with comprehensive insight of the Spanish language and of the Spanish culture.

When it comes to the linguistic aspect, we learn basic sentences and skills that allow us to make first contacts with people. Through this process we start to discover how the Spanish language functions, what is easy in Spanish learning, what are the challenging parts in Spanish learning.

When it comes to the cultural aspect, we get a taste of the variety within the Spanish speaking world that spans many countries and two continents. In our activities we get acquainted to some of its expressions like music, traditions, celebrations, and food.

Special note for students who learn a foreign language for the first time. You are taken care of!

Languages are very particular systems that reveal the way people from a specific place understand the world around them. This is quite a discovery that requires some attention to make the process fun and effective at the same time. If you are learning a language as an adult for the first time, this course will also provide an insight of language functioning in general so you can basically relax, focus on your job and enjoy learning Spanish.
